Hydro Seeding

We offer a hydro seeding option as well, this cost a little more but has a high success rate. It is a great option for erosion control.  The germination period is 4 times faster, it is mixed with water retaining mulch and starter fertilizer is put down at the same time!!

Seeding
We offer two seeding services: spotseeding or overseeding. For best results, we only use premium seed varieties.

Core Aeration
Helps loosen clay soils and controls thatch build up. This creates small holes to allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This will help the roots grow deeper and produces a stronger, beautiful lawn.

Verticutting
Removes thatch buildup in the lawn so turf can breathe easy, better absorb nutrients, and soak in much-needed moisture. Thatch is a layer of dead stems and roots that forms between the grass and soil.
